Daycare according to a Quality Management System
FloreoKids manages the processes of the organisation, using a Quality Management System. The policies, procedures and the working instructions that include all the work processes (from the pedagogical, accommodation up to the quality of our employees) are all registered in our quality handbook.
Everyone works accordingly this handbook and can consult them at all locations.
We test our Quality System yearly to check if it still serves the purposes needed, with the help of internal and external audits. Including: how we check the children's well-being, how we handle complaints and if we measure the satisfaction of parents and employees. We also audit our pedagogical policy, how we handle hygiene and more. Our goal is to continue to improve the quality of our services and of the internal organisation.
One of the ways for continuous improvement of the services according to parents is to measure the satisfaction with a customer satisfaction survey. We do so regularly to measure it correctly.
