Children’s daycare Kudelstaart
Children’s daycare Kudelstaart is located right at the border of the town, and shares the property with “Ons Tweede Thuis” and the church.
There is a big foyer, where we participate in activities together. All the groups open onto this foyer, which gives it a homey feel. There are 3 groups: De grobbebollen, for children in the age 0-2 years, De ieniminies, for children in the age of 0-4 and De Kabouters for toddlers in the age of 2-4 years.
Al groups have an outer door, which opens onto a garden where children can play to their hearts’ content. We also take care of the vegetable garden together. The babies have their own part where they can play safely, and there is a swing and a slide. Children can cycle on parkour and play in the sandpit.
Preschool Education (Ve)
At 'De Kabouters,' we implement 'Uk and Puk,' a preschool education program. Children participate in this educational program with a strong focus on language development. Children who have delays in language, motor skills, or social-emotional development can receive an indication for VE from the childcare center. These children attend the facility for 16 hours per week, spread across the week. All children, including those without a VE indication, participate in the program. This ensures that all children benefit from everything VE has to offer.
